What I do
AI products, from the idea to the revenue.
Advisory for founders who have to decide what to build.
Most of it is unglamorous. A model is the easy part; the hard part is the hundred decisions around it — what to charge, what to cut, what to never build, and how to know within a fortnight whether any of it was right.
I work best where the product does not exist yet and somebody has to decide what it is. I have done that inside companies of four people and companies of four thousand, and the difference matters less than you would think.
